Elysian Beauty & Cosmetics - Salon Policy & Consent

Elysian is a beautiful, tranquil, inclusive and non-judgemental salon. We are ADHD-friendly, anxiety-friendly, and silent or low-stimulation appointments are available on request. Our space is relaxed and personality-led, with music playing as part of the atmosphere (some lyrics may include strong language) While our environment is informal and welcoming, professional standards of care, hygiene and safety are always upheld. By booking you acknowledge and accept the salon policy and nature of our salon environment.

BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

All appointments must be booked in advance

Certain treatments require a deposit or full payment upfront, particularly treatment plans and packages

Treatment plans reserve weekly time slots and are non-refundable once scheduled

Prices are subject to change: Confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed price

CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOWS

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment

Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost

Failure to attend an appointment will be marked as a NO-SHOW and charged 100% of the treatment cost

This policy applies regardless of reason unless exceptional circumstances are agreed at our discretion.

LATE ARRIVALS

We allow upto 10 minutes for lateness, arriving after this time may result in the cancellation of your appointment, if the appointment cannot be carried out it will be treated as a cancellation and charged at 100% of the treatment cost

CONSULTATIONS, SUITABILITY & PATCH TEST

All clients must complete a consent & medical form prior to any body sculpting, aesthetics or cosmetic treatments

Patch tests are required for certain treatments

Clients must disclose all medical conditions, medications and contraindications

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if unsuitable or unsafe

AGE RESTRICTIONS

Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a consenting adult for any treatment

Aesthetics and Cosmetic treatments are strictly 18+

RESULTS & REFUNDS

Results vary between individuals and cannot be guranteed

No refunds are offered on started, completed, missed appointments, late cancellations or prepaid plans

CLIENT CONDUCT

Abusive, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated

We reserve the right to refuse treatment or future bookings

PHOTOGRAPHY & DATA PROTECTION

With consent, photos may be taken for insurance, training, marketing and progress tracking

All client data is handled in line with UK GDPR
