  • This depends on the treatment and your individual goals. During your consultation, we’ll recommend a personalised treatment plan and advise on the number of sessions needed for best results.

  • Yes. Many treatments are available as discounted packages, and memberships allow you to spread the cost monthly while committing to your results. We also over in-house finance and other options of finance without a credit check.

  • We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of deposit or session, as appointment times are reserved especially for you.

  • For some treatments, a deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.

    When booking online, Acuity our booking system may also ask for card details. This does not mean you are being charged. Card details are securely stored in the system only to protect against late cancellations or no-shows, in line with our cancellation policy.

  • We sometimes capture photos or videos for marketing and educational purposes. This is always optional and you will always be asked for consent beforehand.

  • You’ll receive pre-treatment guidance depending on your chosen service. Please arrive on time, Well hydrated for body sculpting or aesthetics treatments and bare nails for nail treatments unless booked for a removal.
